Governance and Leadership Training

The MRCSA conducts management and leadership training for new and emerging communities to help them develop management policies and procedures within acceptable ethical, legal and equity guidelines.

Leadership Training

This training is targeted to women and young people. It aims to develop the knowledge and confidence of participants to further their settlement aspirations, to support them to be more active leaders and decision-makers in their communities, and to develop their capacity to advocate for their community members and peers.
