The MRCSA conducts pre-vocational preparatory workshops for targeted client groups, particularly women and young people. It provides work experience for a large number of humanitarian entrants assisting them to enter further training and/or employment. Through regular forums with employer groups it supports the engagement of new and emerging communities with employers across all of South Australia. As a member of the worksafe CALD Reference Group it assists the understanding of Occupational Health and Safety which is critical industrial knowledge for new arrivals.
