Humanitarian SettlementThe MRCSA is responsible for delivering the Commonwealth Government’s Humanitarian Settlement Services (HSS) across South Australia by providing on-arrival case-management services to entrants from humanitarian backgrounds. HSS services are delivered in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner by a team of qualified bilingual, bicultural staff assisted by community volunteers and interpreters specifically trained to work with the HSS Program.
