Our Mission is to support the effective settlement and participation of people from refugee and migrant backgrounds, particularly those who are new arrivals to South Australia, by assisting them to:
Negotiate and engage the systems and institutions of their new environment
Link with services and supports in the broader community
Develop their capacity to achieve their aspirations and contribute to the social, cultural and economic development of South Australia
Support the broader community to participate in the engagement and integration of new arrivals

We believe that our client groups have a fundamental right to:
Respect, privacy and safety, equality of opportunity and independence through community and workforce participation, and cultural expression

We are committed to achieving maximum settlement outcomes for our client groups through:
Continuous quality improvement towards service excellence and evidence based research to inform our work
Advocacy enhanced by our many partnerships and collaborations with government and non-government organizations
Community empowerment working in partnership with new and emerging communities and the many sub groups within including women and young people
Transparency in accountability to our client groups, funding bodies and sponsors
