The MRCSA leads the SAMCSS consortium of partner agencies, comprising Anglicare SA, TAFE SA Regional, African Communities Council of SA, Middle Eastern Communities Council of SA, Relationships Australia (SA) and the University of SA.
The SAMCSS is responsible for the delivery of the Commonwealth Government’s IHSS across the whole of South Australia through the provision of on-arrival case-coordinated services to entrants from refugee backgrounds. IHSS services are delivered in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner by a team of professionally qualified bilingual, bicultural staff who are assisted by community volunteers and interpreters, specifically trained to work with the IHSS program.

Health Referral and Advocacy – Focusing on Early Intervention
Short Term Torture and Trauma Counselling
