Women’s AdvocacyThe MRCSA has a number of initiatives supporting the participation and leadership development of women from new and emerging communities. These include formal leadership courses and participation on consumer committees. Women are supported to engage with women’s groups in the broader community through organisations and events that celebrate and canvass women’s issues and achievements, such as International Women’s Day, Zonta, Soroptimist, Girl Guides, and the Penguin Club.
